Now, some might fault me for betting the turn so aggressively, but when I’m heads up against one random Party Poker monkey who raised in front of me, I’m not too worried that he has spades. Perhaps I should have bet more on the flop to discourage a flush draw…….or a QUAD draw. When someone puts a beat on me like this one – and this is probably the wildest one I’ve ever experienced in my poker career to date – I don’t even get mad or throw things. I just laugh and sign up for another tourney.
Oh, and how thoughtless of me: belated congratulations are due to my boyfriend Chris who finished in the money at the PPM4. Great job, baby!

Ouch.
I just stepped up to 5/10 six-max myself, and in my very first session, I get QQ UTG, the flop comes Q99, I bet, get raised, there’s a cold call, i just call. I go for the check-raise on the turn, but no(!), it checks through. I bet out on the river, flop-raiser folds, flop cold-caller raises, i three-bet, he caps and shows 99. At least he was stupid enough to check through on the turn.
book bus magic school are so expensive. I agree, We have been looking for book bus magic school all night for a new book bus magic school class but havent been able to track down used book bus magic school that I can afford. Anyway, I enjoyed looking at you book bus magic school blog…
