U.S. Open

Okay, so summer wasn’t QUITE over yet. I forgot that living in New York entitles me to world-class tennis for two weeks, and thanks to the cooperative weather, we found more than one way to enjoy it. At lunch and after work, I headed to Madison Square Park to catch some tennis without leaving Manhattan.

And David and Christina treated us to an evening at Arthur Ashe to watch Federer and Serena cream their opponents. (We refrained from buying the $40 giant tennis balls and $55 Polo Ralph Lauren shirts.)
